Frames
Our materials are either recycled or come from natural and sustainable sources. Wood, cork and bamboo. Bio-based acetate and 60% recycled stainless steel.
Lenses
In the eyewear world demo lenses generally end up in landfill. An area of waste that we’re starting to address. We’ve rethought our demo lenses so they can be recycled.
Packaging
You’ve taken your frames home, now what to do with the packaging? All packaging is easily recyclable, and paper and cardboard is from FSC sources. The case is constructed from recyclable board and can even be folded flat so it’s really efficient to ship.
Recycling
Once your frame is finished with, simply return it to us for responsible recycling. We are recycling BOTANIQ products with TerraCycle® via their Zero Waste Box™ solution.

Eye examinations
NHS and Private.
£30 for private patients.
We offer thorough eye examinations including health and vision checks for the whole family.
We are registered for the MECS (Minor Eye Conditions Service) scheme that enables our opticians to see patients for a non-sight test related examination under the NHS. For example red eye or flashes and floaters.
OCT
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a specialist piece of equipment that enables us to examine your eyes in far greater detail.
The technology works by taking a series of scans of your eye, including the parts that cant be seen with visible light, to create a 3d image. With the OCT we can identify minute changes which can indicate the onset of eye disease. An OCT scan is very simple and non-contact.
£15.00 in addition to standard eye examination fee.
Contact lenses

Our wide range of contact lens designs and manufacturers allows us to cater for people who are long sighted, short sighted, have astigmatism or are varifocal wearers.
We offer monthly disposable lenses for frequent wear, as well as daily disposable lenses for occasional wear.
